KAISAR PARFUMS – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Kaisar Parfums, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, the following return conditions apply.
RETURNS
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Cosmetic and personal care products
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Free gifts included with orders
- Products damaged through customer misuse
If a free gift was included with the order and the order is returned, the gift must also be returned unused. Otherwise, its value may be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was received.

Returned items without prior contact may not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
