RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kaisar Parfums, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, the following return conditions apply.


RETURNS


Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

- Proof of purchase is required.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Opened or used perfumes

- Products with broken seals

- Personalized or custom-made items

- Gift cards

- Free gifts or promotional items

- Sample sizes and products 15ml or smaller

- Products damaged through misuse by the customer


For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, opened fragrance products are excluded from the right of return according to applicable EU regulations.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at:

Please include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the item and packaging

- A short explanation of the issue


We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.


REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


RETURN SHIPPING


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


EXCHANGES


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transport, or if the wrong item was sent.
